Brian E. McKinley graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2000 and has been an attorney with Wilder & Mahood since 2001. While attending law school, Mr. McKinley received the Family Law Award presented to the student achieving the highest grade in the Family Law course.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. McKinley attended Kent State University where he majored in Finance and graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree. Mr. McKinley is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, and a former member of the Pittsburgh Matrimonial American Inn of Court. He is a recent graduate of the Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute at the University of Houston School of Law.

He serves on the Council and the Rules Committee of the Fasmily Law Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
